Alpha Projects were appointed by Highland Reserve Forces & Cadets Association (HRFCA) to carry out a full building refurbishment of their facility in Dundee. Working in partnership and collaboratively with Andrew Black Design, we carefully transformed the building over a fast-track 12 week contract period. Works included a new bespoke bar, kitchen and mess area in addition to refurbishing the WC / shower facilities, gym, drill hall, offices and communal areas. The building benefited from new rainwater goods, render repairs and a full decoration externally. In addition, new fire alarms, lighting replacement throughout and new security / cctv installations.
